Pelayanan sangat baik dan ramah, setiap promo dijelaskan dengan detil, tempat nyaman dan bersih terutama sejak direnov. Sayang saja parkirnya cukup mahal untuk motor di area Pedan dan jumlah kembalian hampir kurang kalau tukang parkir tidak ditegur (tidak tahu apakah itu area parkir gabung dengan burjo atau mixue sendiri)
